Legacy Forward Institute equips youth from underserved and under-resourced communities with the skills, exposure, mentorship, technology, and leadership development needed to thrive in the AI-powered economy as creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, and workforce-ready professionals.
Our vision is to build a future where youth are fully prepared, empowered, and equipped to lead in technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, media, and the global economy through equitable access to education and opportunity.

Senior HR and nonprofit leader with nearly three decades of experience in leadership, organizational development, workforce strategy, and community impact. Joe brings a deep commitment to expanding opportunity for underserved communities and preparing young people with the confidence, skills, exposure, and resources needed to thrive in a rapidly changing economy.
Medicine & Youth Mentorship
Physician, mentor, and youth advocate with a lifelong passion for helping underserved young people reach their potential. Beyond his career in medicine, Sean has dedicated significant time to mentoring and encouraging youth through his church and community. His long-term vision includes creating a ranch-based mentoring environment where boys can develop character, confidence, life skills, and direction.
Youth Development & Community Engagement
Youth ministry leader, community advocate, and foster parent with a gift for meeting young people where they are and helping them feel seen, understood, and supported. Nikki has spent years guiding and encouraging youth through ministry and community service and currently provides a loving home to four foster boys while preparing for expanded pastoral leadership.
Youth Advocacy & Community Service
Retired community servant and longtime youth advocate with more than 40 years of experience reaching, teaching, mentoring, and encouraging young people. Leola brings a multigenerational perspective on youth development and a longstanding commitment to helping children build confidence, character, resilience, and a stronger sense of possibility for their futures.
