An upcoming future-readiness experience initially designed for youth approximately ages 14–18. Future Builders Lab will introduce young people to practical AI, emerging technology, entrepreneurship, digital creation, leadership, and career exploration.
A hands-on experience for young people who will build what's next.
Future Builders Lab is an upcoming Legacy Forward Institute program designed to give youth real exposure to the technologies, skills, and mindsets shaping the AI-powered economy. Rather than listening to a lecture about the future, participants will work directly with the tools, ideas, and challenges that are defining it.
The experience is designed to be practical, collaborative, and confidence-building — introducing young people to areas they may never have had the chance to explore, and helping them see themselves as creators and leaders within them.

Designed for Tampa-area youth
Future Builders Lab is initially intended for young people approximately ages 14–18 who are curious about technology, business, creativity, and the future of work — no prior experience required.

Future Builders Lab is designed as a safe, supportive, and constructive environment where young people are challenged and encouraged. Participation is voluntary, and programming is designed with age-appropriate expectations for youth ages 14–18.
We do not collect sensitive personal information about minors through this website.
For Mentors & Volunteers
Future Builders Lab will depend on professionals who are willing to share their time and expertise. Mentors and volunteers help make real-world exposure possible for young people who might otherwise never encounter it.
For Community Partners
Schools, community organizations, and youth-serving groups can collaborate on outreach, hosting, programming, and connecting young people to the experience.
